On the evening of October 30, the Russian occupying army attacked one of the DTEK thermal power plants in the front-line region of Ukraine.
This was reported by the company's press service.
As a result of the shelling, the equipment was seriously damaged, and the residents of one of the populated areas near the station were left without electricity and water.
"Immediately after the cessation of the shelling, DTEK's power engineers began active efforts to eliminate the consequences. They are currently making every effort to restore power supply to the homes of Ukrainians as quickly as possible," the statement said.
