The return of Ukrainians from Russian captivity: Zelenskyy ordered to prepare a clear strategy

President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has instructed the Coordinating Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War, the Defence Intelligence, the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs to develop a strategy for the return of Ukrainians from Russian captivity.

Zelenskyy announced this during a meeting of the Staff.

"Prepare a clear and transparent strategy for the return of our people from Russian captivity," the President stated.
