The Russians plan provocation for Independence Day: Ukrainians warned of threat

Russian forces are preparing provocations in the occupied territories of Ukraine ahead of Independence Day. The occupiers may carry out terrorist attacks with the aim of discrediting the resistance forces and the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Activists from the "Yellow Ribbon" movement have warned about the threat from the occupiers.
Ukrainians are urged to avoid public places and gatherings of people, especially from August 23 to 25. The warning about potential provocations was issued by the "Yellow Ribbon" movement activists.
"According to available information, on August 24, the Russian occupiers plan to organize a series of provocations and terrorist acts aimed at discrediting the resistance forces and the Ukrainian Armed Forces. In this regard, we strongly recommend avoiding public places and large gatherings of people, particularly during the period from August 23 to 25," the statement reads.
