Later, Terekhov confirmed that the center of Kharkiv was struck by an S-400 missile. Preliminary assessments indicate that 41 buildings were damaged to some extent, and the number of injured has risen to 19.

Explosions in Odesa

On the morning of November 25, air raid sirens sounded in Odesa. Around 9:30 a.m., Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov reported the approach of an enemy reconnaissance drone toward the city. Shortly after, the Air Force reported the launch of a ballistic missile from Crimea in Odesa's direction. Minutes later, an explosion was heard in the city.

Local Telegram channels shared footage of a large column of smoke, reporting that the explosion occurred near residential buildings. There are reports of injuries, but official numbers were unavailable at the time of reporting.

Massive drone attack

Another terror campaign against Ukraine's civilian population began on the evening of November 24. The occupiers launched a wave of "Shahed" drones over Ukraine from both the north and south. The drones caused significant damage in Zaporizhzhia, where a child was injured, according to Head of the Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.

Fedorov later clarified that a 13-year-old boy had been injured in the Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia.

Kyiv under attack

Explosions were also heard overnight in the capital. A fire broke out in Kyiv as a result of the drone attack, and falling debris was reported. According to the Kyiv City Military Administration's Telegram channel, a balcony window on the ninth floor of a residential building in the Dnipro district caught fire. Elsewhere, debris damaged vehicles.

Later updates from the administration clarified that the reported balcony fire was not confirmed.
