The situation on the front remains challenging. Ukraine is gearing up for an important meeting of the Ukraine Defense Contact Group in the "Ramstein" format and is expecting "specific things" from its partners to bolster its strategy on the battlefield.

This was stated by the President of Ukraine in his evening address to Ukrainians on Monday, September 30.

"I have just concluded a meeting following my visit to the United States. The military, the government, and the Office. Our teams - both Ukrainian and American - are already working on everything we discussed in New York and Washington, and we are preparing for the meeting in "Ramstein". This will be a special "Ramstein", and our partners will receive all the details and arguments from us on how to ensure results in the coming months, both on the front and in diplomatic efforts. The power of arms and the power of diplomacy always work effectively together, and that is exactly how we plan to implement the Victory Plan," the President said.

Zelenskyy added that he expected "specific things" from Ukraine's partners that will strengthen our strategy, as the free world must defend itself. He also announced preparations for signing a security agreement with 27 countries for Ukraine.

Today, the President also held a meeting of the Staff.

"A few key issues were discussed. First, the staffing of brigades. Second, weapons and equipment for our soldiers, procurement and supply. Today, we also separately discussed with Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Umerov, the execution of contracts and how institutions in the Ministry of Defense are functioning. All real reform steps must be fully implemented," Zelenskyy noted.

According to reports from Commander Syrsky and Chief of Staff Barhylevych, the situation on the front remains "very challenging."

"The most important thing is to pressure Russia by all means, all tools… Everything that can be done this autumn, everything we can achieve, we must achieve. And this depends on everyone in Ukraine's team. We need to work as hard as possible before "Ramstein," President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said.
