Dmytro Kuleba answered when the negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the European Union will begin.

Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dmytro Kuleba, said that Ukraine expects to start negotiations on joining the European Union as early as the beginning of 2024.
He said this on the air of the telethon.
Kuleba noted that "negotiations are unlikely to start around Christmas" as it's a customary holiday period in Europe from December 20th onwards.
"We're talking about the beginning of negotiations directly at the start of the next year. But “at the beginning” in a broad sense, not necessarily in the first month," the minister emphasized.
At the same time, he stressed that by March, the European Commission will present another report on Ukraine's fulfillment of the recommendations outlined in the current report.
"That's why it's a guideline, but also a hint from the European Commission itself," Dmytro Kuleba summed up.
