Zelenskyi: Ukraine Is Targeted by Around 40 Russian Missiles Daily

Volodymyr Zelenskyi, the President of Ukraine, during his speech in front of the Danish Parliament, told about the war in Ukraine and the brutal attack on peaceful Mykolaiv.

“That’s the number of different, but similarly deadly missiles launched daily by Russian troops against our country, against Ukraine. It’s an average daily number – 40 missiles. More than 1370 missiles have been launched by Russia to target our land during more than a month of this full-scale invasion. This morning, the Russian missiles hit one of our Southern cities – Mykolaiv. The city of shipbuilders. Absolutely peaceful city, whose only dream was to claim back the glory of central ship-building hub on the Black Sea shore. This strike destroyed the building of the regional administration. Currently, we’re aware of at least seven people dead and 22 people injured. The rescuers are still clearing the debris. There were no military targets in Mykolaiv. The people of Mykolaiv posed no threat to Russia. And despite this, like all Ukrainians, they became the targets of Russian troops, rockets, air bombs, grenades, mines. It’s simply impossible to count the number of ammunitions fired by Russian troops against our people and our land”, he said.
