Key points from the leaders' conversation:
As Zelenskyy mentioned, Ukrainians were greatly inspired by the receipt of ATACMS missiles. Our soldiers are already successfully using them on the battlefield. The leaders of the countries discussed further strengthening of our long-range capabilities.
"I also expressed gratitude for the productive visit of the U.S. Special Representative Penny Pritzker, during which we initiated productive negotiations on the use of frozen Russian assets," the President of Ukraine noted.
He specifically highlighted the recent law on politically significant persons adopted by the Ukrainian parliament. This law is extremely important for advancing reforms and beginning negotiations on EU accession.
Zelenskyy also didn't overlook Joseph Biden's visit to Israel. It is currently crucial to restore peace and protect the lives of civilians.
"We also discussed the next joint steps in advancing the "Peace Formula". I welcomed the U.S. decision to send its representative to the next advisors' meeting in Malta at the end of this month. Ukraine is grateful for the vital and steadfast support from the U.S. in our fight for freedom and against Russian aggression," the leader said.
