Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President, Mykhailo Podolyak, has specified concrete conditions for negotiations with Russia. He emphasized that the Putin regime has lost legitimacy, and Ukraine will negotiate with the next government.

He wrote about this on Twitter.

Podolyak stressed that Russia should lose its seat in the UN Security Council due to aggression against Ukraine. He stated that a regime change should take place in Russia.

"The civilized world must acknowledge that the accused war criminal Putin and his clique are no longer legitimate representatives of Russia in the world, and therefore, there is nothing to talk to them about. The current Russian regime must lose its place in all international institutions, including the UN Security Council. When a regime change occurs, then we will talk to their successors. Specifically, about compensation payments and a nuclear disarmament program," he wrote.
