Mykhailo Podolyak, Adviser to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, wrote about this on the Web.
"Only an asymmetric, technological type of counterwar will allow to fundamentally solve the "problem of the Russian Federation" and "reset" its influence on global rules,” the Adviser to the Head of the Presidential Office emphasized.
He specified that, first of all, informational ignoring of Russia is necessary. Less attention should be paid to the words of the aggressor country, especially to the pro-Russian information lobby in foreign markets.
"All informational initiatives of the Russian Federation are aimed only at freezing the war in Ukraine and scaling up other conflicts..." Podolyak noted.
Secondly, according to him, powerful technological solutions are mandatory: "Joint investments. Increasing the number and expanding the options of choice. Drones, electronic warfare systems, missiles..."
"Thirdly, flexible sanctions and preemptive substitute work with third countries/private companies that allow Russia to continue avoiding sanctions and acquiring resources for endless covert recruitment of “human resources” and a “military” economy..." the Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President concluded.
