Materials for The Hague. The Russian Federation is terrorizing the Ukrainian people

TSN.ua records crimes committed against the Ukrainian people. In particular, in the section "Materials for The Hague" on the site, all those painful and horrible photos and videos from the war are published daily, the bill of which has already exceeded thousands… Also 1 + 1 media continues a number of initiatives and projects for the international audience, which are designed to draw the attention of the world community and the public to all the horrors, the authors of which are the Russian Federation. We continue to publish videos, each of which reveals specific crimes of the Russian leadership and the Russian military.

The second video shows how Russia is destroying critical infrastructure objects and residential areas. In particular, how the aggressor state commits murders and terror against the invincible spirit of the Ukrainian people. The article presents a statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, who accuses Ukraine of spreading fakes on social networks and mass media. According to him, this is unacceptable for the Russian side. And this is at a time when the Kremlin is hiding real losses from its people and forbidding the Russian federal media to call the war a war. And they continue to call purposeful actions to destroy the innocent population nothing more than a “special operation”.

The photo and video materials which are presented in this video provide evidence of numerous violations of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of  August 12, 1949 (the Fourth Geneva Convention), namely Part II, Art. 16, and Part III, Section III, Articles 53 and 55; and Protocol Additional to the Geneva Conventions of  August 12, 1949, and relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol I) dated June 8, 1977, namely Part IV, Section I, Articles 48, 49, 51, 52, 54, 57 etc., as well as violations of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of  November 4, 1950, the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of  December 9, 1948, and the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

The video is available in Russian and English. It will be recalled that at least 6 similar videos are planned, which will reveal other crimes of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the articles of the Geneva Convention.
