Clean-up operations are underway in Poltava following another enemy drone attack.

The operational situation in the city was reported by Kateryna Yamshchykova, Secretary of the Poltava City Council, on Telegram.

She reported that the enemy UAV strike hit a local business, with the blast wave damaging a nearby residential neighborhood.

So far, damage has been confirmed at four locations in the area: a two-story apartment building and several private houses sustained damaged roofs and at least eight shattered windows.

"Most importantly, no one has sought medical attention," Yamshchykova stressed.

City authorities have set up an emergency response headquarters to assist residents. Social workers are already conducting door-to-door checks, while district council representatives are providing initial consultations to those affected.

Emergency crews are on-site, with 28 workers and several pieces of equipment involved in the cleanup. Municipal crews are currently sweeping shattered glass off the road and setting up extra bins to collect it.
