Invaders Demolished 38 Buildings and Destroyed Historical Monuments in Mariupol

Invaders have demolished buildings in Livoberezhnyi District of Mariupol, including two kindergartens, a school and the children rehabilitation center to build housing for military servicemen.

The area between Azovstalska Street and Morskyi Boulevard has been already demolished. At least 38 buildings were completely destroyed, including two kindergartens No. 91 and No. 103, the school No. 56, and the children's rehabilitation center. Instead, the invaders are going to build housing for military, as AFU StratCom reports.

"This is another clear demonstration of the invaders’ cynical attitude towards the Mariupol residents, who are of no value to them. While people are surviving in dilapidated houses without heating, housing is being built for Russian soldiers who killed thousands of civilians in the city," the Mariupol City Council noted.

The invaders have also started to demolish buildings in the downtown, including those of historical significance.
