“Moscow is waging war not against Ukraine": Podolyak made an unexpected statement

The events currently taking place in Central Africa are part of Russia's overall strategy to destabilize the global situation.
This opinion was expressed by the Advisor to the Presidential Office, Mykhailo Podolyak.
According to his words, such a Russian strategy involves finding pain points in different parts of the world.
"Every conflict has an organic precondition, but it's impossible not to notice the Moscow's ears sticking out behind it. Moscow invests in fanning the flames of turmoil. Moscow is waging the war not against Ukraine, but against the global world security order," emphasized the Presidential Office Advisor.
He is convinced that any attempt to appease the aggressor in order to ensure the former balance of power will only increase the appetites of the aggressor and his contemptuous behavior.
"What the aggressor really respects is the language of strength. Strength is political determination and an increase in weapons packages," Podolyak summarized.
