Negotiations with Russia are impossible, because it does not have the concepts of "elections", "democracy" and "negotiations".
This was reported on TSN.ua by Adviser to the Head of the Presidential Office Mykhailo Podolyak.
According to him, Russia does not propose negotiations, because it does not know such a word. Kremlin dictator Putin offers capitulation.
"Putin is not offering you negotiations, Russia does not know such a word. It does not know the word "elections", it does not know the word "democracy" and it does not know the word "negotiations". They are offering you capitulation. What is Putin offering? What does Putin propose? He clearly says: stop, we stop the fire, right now, I'm picking up the phone... but I will stay on the occupied territory. That's it...'" - emphasized Podolyak.
"He also emphasized that the aggressor has increased funding for terrorist groups like HAMAS.
"And after that, he will continue to kill us because we lost the war, and he, on the contrary, will become an even larger dictator of the country called the Russian Federation, where they will no longer change military-type budgeting. They already spend a third of the budget directly on the war. On the contrary, they will increase the financing of terrorist organizations such as HAMAS... There will be terrorist attacks here, in the city of Kyiv. Let's just give a little slack - and there will be three months of silence, and after that we will have explosions here," said Mykhailo Podolyak.
