Putin Threatens that Russia Is Ready to Test Nuclear Weapons

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin says that his terrorist country is ready to resume nuclear weapons testing.

Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin made this statement this in his annual address to the Federal Assembly on February 21st.

The Kremlin leader said that the Russian Defense Ministry and Rosatom should ensure readiness for testing Russian nuclear weapons.

According to Putin, the United States is allegedly "developing new types of nuclear weapons." Therefore, the dictator resorted to his usual threats, saying that Russia would conduct tests if the United States did so.

"If the United States tests new types of nuclear weapons, Russia will do the same, parity must be maintained," Putin said.
