In Sumy region, rescuers were hit by a second enemy strike while extinguishing to a fire at a farm.
This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Sumy region.
"On the morning of December 24, a drone attack on the Krolevets community damaged a farm building, sparking a fire. Rescuers quickly localized the blaze and prevented it from spreading. During their work, they heard the sound of an enemy drone and managed to retreat to a safe distance," the statement reads.
Shortly after, a "Shahed" drone struck near the site of the initial impact.

The fire was extinguished.
