Power and water outages occurred in Kherson after the shelling

On December 24, two districts of Kherson experienced interruptions in electricity and water supply due to recent shelling by Russian forces.

This was reported by Head of the Kherson Military Administration, Roman Mrochko.

Mrochko wrote on social media that after the recent enemy shelling of the Korabelnyi district, there were disruptions in electricity and water supply in the Shumenskyi neighborhood. 

"Specialists are assessing the extent of the damage, and as soon as the security situation allows, emergency restoration works will be carried out," the head of the Military Administration noted.

He added that further updates on the restoration of power supply in the Shumenskyi district would be provided.

Later, Mrochko also reported disruptions in electricity and water supply in the Dniprovskyi district. A complete power outage is possible in some neighborhoods.

Emergency crews are working to eliminate the aftermath of the enemy strikes.
