The enemy struck Odesa region with a missile: casualties reported
Random passersby were caught in the attack, one of whom was killed.

On the evening of Wednesday, February 5, the enemy once again attacked Odesa region. A missile struck a residential area that had not yet been put into operation. Random passersby were caught in the blast.
This was reported by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper.
"In Odesa district, as a result of a Russian missile attack on an unfinished residential building, one man was killed, and another is in critical condition in the hospital. Both happened to be passing by the building," the statement reads.
Kiper added that all emergency services are working at the site of the strike.
