Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced the preparation of international events with partners in Europe, particularly regarding the signing of bilateral agreements on security guarantees for Ukraine.

He spoke about this on Saturday, January 20, during the traditional evening address.

"We are preparing new agreements with our partners – strong bilateral agreements. January and February should bring corresponding results. We already see specific dates when new and strong documents can be expected," the President noted.

According to him, the new security architecture revives and revitalizes the international legal system.

"When justice is restored for Ukraine, when our security is reinstated, it will work for others in the world as well," he emphasized.

In addition, the President announced further work with key partners regarding specific defense support "in the coming weeks and months."
"There will be new defense packages. I am grateful to all friends of Ukraine worldwide who understand that the battlefield cannot simply wait and that saving lives cannot be postponed, and to all those who are trying to expedite the decisions that are needed - they are needed right now," Volodymyr Zelenskyy concluded.
