Zelenskyy openly answered whether Ukraine was offered peace in exchange for territory.
Ukraine has a clear position on achieving peace.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy believes that peace in Ukraine is only possible on the basis of international law and without any trade-offs involving sovereignty or territory.
This was reported by "24 Kanal."
He says that partners have never openly asked for this. According to him, they are afraid.
Zelenskyy spoke with the FT after informing 27 EU leaders about his plan in Brussels on Thursday, as well as after meetings with the major political parties in the assembly.
"People have never told us this. They are afraid to say it to me," he said, urging officials to speak openly.
According to the President, those who consider this rational should "put it on the table, openly."
"Not through some third party. Talk to us," Zelenskyy added.
