Agreement on mineral resources: Zelenskyy makes a statement

Ukraine and the United States may sign an agreement on mineral resources between February 14-16, or even earlier. The draft of this agreement was brought to Kyiv today by U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on February 12.

"I know that our team has received the first draft of the agreement from the United States about the partnership between our countries. I really want our team to study this document, and we will do everything possible to review and sign it as soon as possible. Because the United States is our main partner. On my part, I will do everything to ensure that our team of officials works over the next two days and has the opportunity to finalize specific agreements already in Munich," the President of Ukraine said.
