Russian aggressors may commit a terrorist act at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant.
This was stated by the Head of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, during the telethon.
He noted that the Russians significantly worsened the access of water to the cooling systems by destroying the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant.
"Unfortunately, at the moment there is indeed a certain threat... By destroying the dam, they have disrupted the normal water supply to the cooling systems... That's the first issue. And the most terrifying part is that during this time, the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant was additionally mined... Specifically, the cooling system was mined. If they disable it through detonation... there is a high probability of significant problems," Budanov said.
