An important issue for victory is how to allocate resources, use what is available, and plan supply lines. In a prolonged war, the side with a stronger economy and logistics prevails.

This was stated by Chief of the Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with the French publication “Liberation”.

"Our war is not unique. It is simply a conflict of high intensity using the full spectrum of available armaments. We are not on the threshold of using weapons of mass destruction, but everything else - from submarines to strategic aviation - has been used for a long time," the head of Ukrainian intelligence noted.

Budanov asserts that no miraculous technologies, unfortunately, will help radically change the course of a prolonged war. In his opinion, other factors are significantly more important.

"The question is how to allocate resources, how to use what is available, and how to plan supply lines. In a prolonged war, the side with a stronger economy and logistics wins," Kyrylo Budanov stated.
