The military leadership of the aggressor state, Russia, has issued an order to take control of the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region by September 1.
This was reported on August 6 by the 7th Corps of the Air Assault Forces.
«The enemy does not stop trying to capture Pokrovsk. Enemy drones have scattered leaflets among local residents, calling on them to surrender the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to welcome the „liberators, ” the 7th Corps of the Air Assault Forces emphasized.
Intercepted communications from the front lines reveal that the occupiers have been tasked with reaching the outskirts of the city by early September.
At the same time, Ukrainian defenders continue to firmly hold the defense of Pokrovsk, the 7th Corps added.
