President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held bilateral meetings on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. In particular, they discussed specific steps that need to be taken to achieve peace.

The Head of State wrote about this on his social media page.

According to him, Ukrainian soldiers are currently doing with their blood what the UN Security Council should do with their votes: stopping aggression and upholding the principles of the UN Charter.

"I will provide an example of specific actions that need to be taken to ensure strong security architecture. The complete withdrawal of all Russian troops and military formations, including the Russian Black Sea Fleet or the leaky tubs that will remain from it during the war, as well as the withdrawal of all mercenaries and quasi-military formations of Russia from the entire sovereign territory of Ukraine within our internationally recognized borders of 1991," Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized.

He also added that during the preparation of the Ukrainian Peace Formula, its points were based on the principles of the UN Charter and resolutions adopted by the General Assembly.

"The nations that join the work with the Formula are aware that they are working for the international order, based on rules, for the protection of the territorial integrity and sovereignty of states, the protection of human rights, the prevention of aggression and genocidal policies," the Head of State emphasized.
