Danilov claimed that the Kremlin still holds the idea of eliminating Zelenskyy

According to Danilov, the Kremlin has not abandoned the idea of physically and politically eliminating the Ukrainian President. He added that Russian special services failed to carry out Putin's order to physically eliminate the Ukrainian President, and are now focused on his political elimination. "Russia aims for the political liquidation of our President because he has shown and proved to the whole world that he is the leader of the nation, the leader of the country. This does not suit Russia at all," said Danilov.

He also stated that the activity of Russians was observed in February and early March. At present, the number of such attempts has decreased, but according to the Head of the National Security and Defense Council, the threat to the life of Volodymyr Zelenskyy will continue to exist.
