It is noted that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, 6,477 power lines and 987 energy infrastructure facilities have been restored in Donetsk, Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Kyiv regions, and the capital. This accounts for 98% of all energy facilities that were damaged by shelling.
Over the three years of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, repair work has been carried out 16,001 times, indicating that each line has been restored on average more than twice.
Repairs are only conducted with the permission of the military and the State Emergency Service due to the high level of danger at the sites. Two energy workers were killed, and another 20 were injured during the work.
