Estonia and Lithuania joined the G7 declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine

Estonia, together with Lithuania and Latvia, joins the G7 declaration on support of Ukraine. They promised to help our state to defeat the aggressor.

This was announced by the Prime Minister of Estonia, Kaia Kallas, by publishing the corresponding statement of the parties.

"Since the first day of Russia's unprovoked and brutal aggression, we have stood alongside Ukraine. We will support Ukraine until victory and continue to contribute to international efforts to defend its independence, sovereignty, security, democracy, and prosperity. We will continue our efforts to hold accountable those responsible for the crime of aggression and other international crimes," the statement reads.

The statement also emphasizes that only Ukraine's NATO membership can ensure its future security. In addition, the prime ministers are ready to closely cooperate with Ukraine on the path to EU membership.
