General Staff reveals Ukraine's daily war cost against Russia
The agency admits that Ukraine needs international assistance to withstand Russia.

One day of full-scale war with Russia costs our country 172 million dollars, or approximately 7.1 billion hryvnias.
Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Hnatov said this during the YES 2025 conference, according to Novyny.LIVE.
He said the country cannot withstand such a financial burden solely on its own. That is why it is important to attract funds from partners to develop the domestic defense industry and innovative technologies.
Hnatov emphasized that the Ukrainian army gained an advantage on the battlefield where it implemented innovative solutions, but additional funding is needed for their implementation. That is why Ukraine turns to its partners for support.
“We must not forget that the implementation of innovations requires enormous financial resources… Conducting a war against such a large and resourceful country as the occupying country Russia is extremely expensive,” the chief of the General Staff stressed.
