The Russian invaders continue to barrage borderline districts of Sumy and Chernihiv Region.
Russian troops deployed at the territory of the Russian Federation continue to shell borderline districts of Ukraine, including Sumy and Chernihiv Regions. Yesterday, the Russian shells landed in five towns and villages, the press Office of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraien reports.
On August 11th, the enemy troops shelled Mykolaiv, Bilopillia, Novoslobidka and Yesman communities in Sumy Region, as well as Seemnivka community in Chernihiv Region.
“This morning, the enemy four times barraged Mykolaiv community from mortars, conventional and rocket-launching artillery. A total of around 60 shells were fired. Later, the Russian troops three times shelled the territory of Bilopillia community from 82-mm mortars and 122-mm self-propelled artillery systems. A residential building in one of the communities was damaged”, the Press Office representatives added.
According to the official report, the enemy also fired around 20 Grad MRLS shells targeting Novoslobidka community. The shells set on fire a wheat field.
“Yesterday, Yesman community was shelled tree times from various artillery systems, including self-propelled howitzers, mortars and MRLS systems. At least fifty shell explosions were documented. Seemnivka community had been shelled by the Russian artillery during at least one hour”, the Ministry officers stressed.
