Is Putin ready to end the war? NSDC assesses the dictator's signals

Russian president Volodymyr Putin has no intention of stopping. He is not sending any signals indicating readiness to end the war.

This was stated by Andrii Kovalenko, Head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

According to Kovalenko, Russian forces are practicing potential crossings of the Dnipro River at training grounds.

"Given the investments in the military-industrial complex and efforts to expand the armed forces, I see no signals of Putin being ready to end the war," he asserted.
