Kremlin Openly Blackmails Ukraine: “Satisfy Our Demands and Civilian Population Will Stop Suffering"

Dmitriy Peskov, the Press Secretary of the Russian President, openly admitted that Ukraine must fulfill Russia's demands in order "to bring the situation back to normal", Russian propagandist media outlet RIA News reports.

"The leadership of Ukraine has every opportunity to bring the situation back to normal. They have every opportunity to resolve the situation, since they are the ones who can meet the demands of the Russian Federation and thus stop all possible suffering of the civilian population."

Earlier, the Kremlin admitted that the power supply outages and heat supply interruptions in many areas of Ukraine are the consequences of Kyiv government’s refusal to negotiate.
