Kuleba commented on the possibility of peace negotiations with Russia and named two key points

Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba said that our country is ready to talk about a peaceful settlement of the war with Russia under two conditions.

He said this on the air of the telethon.

Kuleba noted that all peace plans that Ukraine is ready to consider should be based on two key points - restoration of territorial integrity and prevention of freezing of war. He emphasized that the best peace plan is the "peace formula" proposed by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

"The plans and proposals that will take these principles into account are ready for discussion in terms of how to combine them with the peace formula and integrate them into it," the Minister explained.
