Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba spoke at the UN General Assembly debate on the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. On the sidelines, he noted that today he has even more confidence in our victory than two years ago.
Dmytro Kuleba told about this exclusively for TSN correspondent Olha Koshelenko.
"On February 23, I worked a day in this building (UN headquarters in New York - ed.) and boarded a plane to Ukraine. And in principle, by the time I landed in Ukraine, we should not have existed as a state," Kuleba said.
"The fact that we are standing here together, speaking, and continuing to fight for victory — this is already a great victory for Ukraine. And all those who did not believe in us, all those who said it was the end for us, all those who doubted — they were all deeply mistaken. Just as those are mistaken now who believe that Ukraine is not capable of winning this war. So today, February 23, 2024, I have more confidence in our victory than on February 23, 2022," he added.
