Ukraine is determined to regain control of its borders within 1991 and will not make any compromises with Russia.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated this at the Alliance headquarters on November 29, before the first meeting of the Ukraine-NATO Council at the level of foreign ministers, as reported by "European Pravda."

"Our strategic task of restoring control over the borders of 1991 remains unchanged, and nothing will stop us in its implementation," Kuleba emphasized.

He did not deny the information that Ukraine is hearing ideas about "concessions" and "agreements with Russia." At the same time, the minister categorically rejected such a possibility and gave a harsh response to such proposals.

"Those people who propose this should first of all propose something similar to their governments - to give someone a part of their territory, their people. Let them do it, and we'll see if we can talk about it," said Kuleba.

He also briefly responded to the question about the alleged deadlock situation on the front: "There are no dead ends."

The Head of the Foreign Ministry once again called on the United States and other NATO countries to assist in arming Ukraine.

"The best way to avoid your soldiers' involvement in combat is to help those who are at war. You provide the weapons - we fight. It's an honest agreement," the Minister noted.
