Lavrov Visits Belarus for the Second Time in a Month: Whom Putin's Henchman Plans to Meet

On the morning of Thursday, January 19th, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov arrived in Belarus for the second time in a month, the Belarusian media report.

According to the report, the Russian Minister arrived at the Palace of Independence in Minsk, the residence of self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. Neither Russian nor Belarusian side has disclosed any further details.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported that Putin's henchman would visit Minsk to hold talks with representatives of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
