Belarusian dictator Oleksandr Lukashenko announced that his country is preparing for war against "unfriendly states."

Oleksandr Musienko, Head of the Center for Military and Legal Studies, explained on the air of the telethon, what does such a statement by Lukashenko mean.

"First of all, very serious challenges are growing for Lithuania. It is not without reason that the Netherlands deployed "Patriot" there. I hope that the "Patriot" temporarily stationed in Lithuania will not return to the Netherlands but will come to Ukraine," the expert says.

According to Musienko, the threats are very high for Lithuania now. Because Russia would like to divert attention, try to make another escalation and, under this pretext, come to an agreement with the West.

"And the second point is another way for Lukashenko to constantly talk about preparation. You see, he is stalling for time... Putin constantly pushes him, and Putin pressures him, but he keeps saying "we are preparing, we are preparing, we are preparing." And so it goes on for years," the analyst summarized.
