The main targets of the enemy during the shelling on June 1 were energy infrastructure facilities in various regions. The most affected areas were Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk and Kirovohrad regions.

During the massive missile attack, energy infrastructure facilities in several regions were targeted, according to Ukraine's Minister of Energy, Herman Halushchenko.

The enemy attacked energy facilities in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kirovohrad and Ivano-Frankivsk regions. The aftermath is currently being clarified, and energy workers are already working on its elimination.

In total, the enemy launched 53 missiles of various types and 47 strike UAVs. As a result of the air defense battle, 81 air targets were shot down.

Kirovohrad region

As a result of the nighttime missile attack by Russia, an energy infrastructure facility in Kirovohrad region was struck.
"This morning, there was an enemy missile attack on Kirovohrad region. The energy infrastructure facility was hit," - Head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych reported.
According to preliminary information, fortunately, there are no victims.

Zaporizhzhia region

Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov, confirmed the Russian attacks and the hit on an energy facility in the region.

"At night, the Russians massively attacked Zaporizhzhia region. They hit one of the energy infrastructure facilities. There is damage. More than 20 residential buildings and social facilities were also damaged," Fedorov wrote on his Telegram.

In Zaporizhzhia, due to the nighttime attacks, traffic through the Dnipro Hydroelectric Station was temporarily blocked. Currently, detours are being carried out through the Arch Bridge on Khortytsia Island (Serhiy Tyulenin Street - Sich Street - Taganska Street), as well as through the New Bridges and the Khortytsia district.

The patrol police urges considering this information when planning routes and to follow updates on the restoration of traffic.

Vinnytsia region

On the night of June 1, in Vinnytsia region, a fire broke out at a critical infrastructure facility due to the fall of debris from a downed enemy drone.

According to Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Borzov, there were no victims.

Dnipropetrovsk region

The enemy targeted the region's energy infrastructure. The Pokrovsk community was also under attack. Four people were injured. Among them a 7-year-old girl, a 69-year-old man and two women, aged 74 and 68.

A bus, a two-story building that was not in use, a private house, and a farm building were damaged. The extent of other damages is currently being clarified.

Fortunately, there were no casualties and injuries. The defenders of the sky shot down 9 missiles and 10 "Shaheds" over the region.

Ivano-Frankivsk region

The situation was also tense in Prykarpattia. The target of the enemy was also an energy infrastructure facility.

"As a result of the attack, a fire broke out, involving 101 firefighters and 33 units of equipment in its extinguishing," Head of the Regional Military Administration, Svitlana Onyschuk reported.

Damage to two thermal power plants

During the massive shelling, Russia attacked DTEK's thermal power plants. Two thermal power plants were targeted.
"Due to the enemy shelling, equipment was seriously damaged. Energy workers are currently working on eliminating the aftermsth of the attack. This is the sixth massive attack on DTEK's thermal power plants in the past 2.5 months," DTEK reported.
