Materials for The Hague: russia tortures and kills civilians

Thousands of civilians killed, hundreds of children’s lives taken away, the fates of millions ruined, hero cities destroyed, violence and ruins  - these are realia, left behind by the russian military.

It is important that the events in Ukraine remain a №1 subject in entire civilized world, and that russia be held fully accountable for its crimes against humanity before the International Criminal Court in The Hague, including numerous violations of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12.08.1949, and Additional Protocol №1 of 08.06.1977

The third video confirms the destruction by russian troops of schools, kindergartens, cultural property ​​of Ukraine, hospitals, maternity homes, and violations of the civilian right to life. In particular, the occupants committed terrors against pregnant women and their yet unborn children. The number of victims and destroyed educational and social infrastructure continues to grow daily. As of May 9, 2022, the occupants liquidated more than 240 elements of cultural property of Ukraine, and the worst - took the lives of thousands of innocent Ukrainians.

In addition, the materials contain the speeches of Sergei Lavrov, the minister of foreign affairs of russia, and Igor Konashenkov, the russian defense ministry official representative. Officials of the kremlin regime continue to justify the crimes of the russian army and deny the atrocities committed on peaceful Ukrainian lands.

The video demonstrates numerous violations of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12.08.1949, namely Part 2, Articles: 16, 18, 20, 23 and Part 3, Section 3, Article: 53 , 55, 56; and Additional Protocol №1, relating to the Protection of Victims of International Armed Conflicts (Protocol I), 8 June 1977, namely Part 2, 12: 14, 14, 15, 16 Part 4, Section 1, Article 48, 49, 51, 52, 53, 54, 57, etc., Part 5, Section 2, Articles: 76, 77, etc., as well as violations of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of November 4, 1950., the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide of December 9, 1948, the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the 1958 Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.
