President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that North Korea was supplying not only weapons to Russia but also personnel to its military forces.

In his evening address on October 13, the President urged partners to increase support for Ukraine.

“We see the growing alliance between Russia and regimes like that of North Korea. This is no longer just about the transfer of weapons. It is actually about the transfer of people from North Korea to the occupier's military,” Zelenskyy said.

He says that it is clear that under these conditions, our relations with partners need to develop — the front requires greater support.

“When we talk about greater range for Ukraine and more decisive supplies for our forces, it is not just a list of military means. It is about increasing pressure on the aggressor that will be stronger than what Russia can withstand. And it is about preventing a larger war,” the President explained.

He added that Ukraine was preparing for new negotiations scheduled for this week and thanked the combat brigades of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that have excelled this week.
