Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN named the main argument why Russia is not excluded from the UN

The main reason why Russia is not excluded from the UN is the presence of nuclear weapons. That is why London, Washington and Paris, which are permanent members of the Security Council, are not ready to talk about it.

According to the Permanent Representative of Ukraine to the UN Serhiy Kyslytsia, this is also the only reason why the world has turned a blind eye to Russia's actions for 30 years.

"The fact that Russia has a nuclear arsenal is an extremely difficult topic, and no country in the world can afford to behave irresponsibly in relation to Russia's threats," - he said.

Another question is whether Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to commit suicide. The use of nuclear weapons, even tactical ones, would be suicide, Kislytsia added.
