In Poland, farmers plan to block all border checkpoints with Ukraine on February 20.
This is stated in the message of the trade union of Polish farmers "Solidarity".
"Not only border crossings will be blocked, but also transport hubs and access roads to reloading railway stations and seaports," the protesters said.
They also emphasized that on February 9, they announced a 30-day general strike of farmers - a complete blockade of checkpoints between Poland and our country is planned within its framework.
"The problem of profitability of agricultural production, processing, and other industries in our country is the uncontrolled influx of goods from Ukraine imported through the opening of the EU border with this country," Polish farmers said.
