Putin cynically commented on the war in Ukraine and announced cooperation with North Korea
He once again denied that any countries are participating on Russia's side in the so-called "special operation."

The terrorist state of Russia expects that its cooperation with North Korea as a "deterrent factor."
This was stated by Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin, according to Russian media.
"Russia expects its cooperation with DPRK to be a deterrent factor. Russia concluded an agreement with the DPRK to change the same as before, and although there is nothing new in it, it looks sharp in today's conditions," Putin said.
He also denied once again that any countries are participating on Russia's side in the so-called "special operation." This includes the supply of weapons, components, drones, as well as manpower.
"Russia is not asking anyone for help in conducting the special operation. Russia does not rule out the supply of weapons to North Korea," the Russian dictator stated.
