Russian dictator Volodymyr Putin, who launched the largest war in Europe since World War II, has named the "liberation" of Donbas as a priority objective.
The dictator made this statement at the Eastern Economic Forum on Thursday, September 5.
"Putin called the "liberation" of Donbas the priority goal in the "special operation," Russian propaganda outlets reported.
At the same forum, the Kremlin leader also claimed that Moscow had supposedly never rejected negotiations with Ukraine regarding the war. However, Russia is allegedly willing to talk not based on "ephemeral demands," but on the parameters agreed upon in Istanbul.
