Reznikov Says Russia Is Behind Letters with Explosives in Spain: “This Is a Challenge for the Whole World”
The Defence Minister stressed that terrorism has no borders.
During the joint briefing with his Spanish counterpart Margarita Robles on December 1st, Ukraine’s Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov said that Russia was behind the explosion on the territory of the Ukrainian Embassy in Madrid and the dangerous letters in Spain.
According to Reznikov, Russia is using terrorist means to inflict terror.
"The world has started to recognize Russia as a terrorist state. The terrorism has no borders," the minister said.
"Today Mrs. Minister talked about the letters with explosives that people have received in Spain - they (Russians - ed.) are using terrorist means to inflict terror. They are trying to cut off the water supply and power supply in Ukraine, so that we freeze in this dark. They challenge the security of the whole world," Reznikov stressed.
