The Russians are employing a new tactic to inflict maximum damage on Ukraine's energy system.
This was stated by Ukraine's Minister of Energy, Herman Halushchenko, on the air of the telethon "United News".
As Halushchenko mentioned, over the past month, the Russian army had launched four massive attacks on the energy system using all types of weapons. He notes that the occupiers have now begun using weapons with cluster munitions.
"We see that the tactics of these strikes have changed. The Russians are now using, as usual, weapons with cluster munitions to inflict maximum damage on the energy system. But it is working," the Minister of Energy said.
