The Russian invaders are planning more false-flag operations involving the attacks against Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. Other Ukrainian NPPs may also face a risk of terrorist attacks by Russian army, as Andrii Yusov, the Spokesman of Defence Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine said.
"Unfortunately, we are talking about not just about Zaporizhzhia NPP. The Russian invaders consistently and systematically shell the whole energy infrastructure of Ukraine, and this definitely may eventually involve other nuclear facilities, other nuclear power plants. The situation at ZNPP is now critical due to multiple Russian attacks", he warned.
According to the Spokesman, the Defence Intelligence has some information about preparation of other Russian false-flag operations and attacks at Zaporizhzhia NPP.
"The invasion army’s personnel has specific instructions for proceeding to shelters during their own air alarm signals, including instructions on handling of military vehicles. They systematically target the power transmission lines connecting ZNPP to Ukrainian energy. Finally, we have already witnessed the consequences of previous attacks and other harmful activities at ZNPP", he said.
Yusov stressed that these actions are qualified as systematic nuclear terrorism, terror against the local population and the plant’s civilian personnel.
""In fact, the terrorist state has seized the nuclear facility, and in leu of proper response by the international community, is now scaling its plan to affect the entire energy system of Ukraine”, he added.
