"Russia is learning to fight - both on the battlefield and in the information war," Advisor to the Head of the Office of the President, Mykhailo Podolyak, said on the air of the telethon.

"We see certain changes along the front line. Changes in tactics and strategies of the Russians. This doesn't mean they've become better at something. But they're learning, taking something from us. From the perspective of information work, they're learning too," Podolyak says.

According to him, now the Russians have reached a completely different level of propaganda.

"If before they relied on their own insane things about “Nazis,” about “you should be together with Russia,” “you will only be happy with Russia,” today they understand that it doesn't work on Ukrainian territory.

Their psychologists are working, they understand the psycho-emotional state of Ukraine. There is a certain depression, given almost two years of war. There are accumulated questions, misunderstanding of what will happen tomorrow, the day after tomorrow. People want all of this to end," the Head of the Office of the President said.

That is why the Russians began to work with such topics as mobilization, social payments, corruption, in particular using various media platforms, including foreign mass media.

Russia is pressing on certain psycho-emotional issues. Delicate technologies, delicate matters. “Your partners aren't giving you money,” “you were promised that the war would end quickly, but it hasn't,” “your partners are suspending military aid.” None of this is true, but people aren't ready for fact-checking. And Russia amplifies all of this," Podolyak concluded.
