Russian Diplomat Urged for “No Mercy to Ukrainian Population”: Zelenskyi’s Representative Responded

It was Ulyanov’s reaction to a tweet by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanking U.S. President Joseph Biden for another military aid package for Ukraine. The Adviser to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office Mykhailo Podoliak responded to Ulyanov’s statement.

According to the Ukraine’s Presidential Office representative, Ulyanov’s post should bring Europe to the single understanding that Russia is a fascist vertical of millions of people.

"The Russian Ambassador to Austria Mikhail Ulyanov declares the need for a "final solution to issue" and calls for genocide. Again heard in Europe: "Not all Russians are like Putin" and "We should let North Stream-2 work". Time to understand: Russia is a fascist vertical of millions of people", Ukraine’s Presidential Office representative stressed.

In his Twitter, Mikhail Ulyanov posted: "No mercy to the Ukrainian population!". Later he deleted this post, however his tweet was saved in the web archive.

Subsequently, the terrorist state’s diplomat attempted to explain himself and claimed that his post has a quite different meaning. According to him, he referred to the weapon aid supplies by the United States and President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, who refused peace talks with Russia. “They show no mercy to the Ukrainian population. That’s what I meant!”, Ulyanov stated trying to justify himself.
